Specific terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for individual projects are governed by separate service agreements or statements of work agreed between GRDJ TECHNOLOGY LTD and the client. In the event of any conflict between these terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail.

4. Intellectual Property

For client projects: unless otherwise specified in a service agreement, all source code, designs, and intellectual property created during a client engagement are transferred to the client upon full payment. Details of IP ownership are set out in the relevant service agreement.

We do not disclose client names, project details, or any confidential information to third parties without prior written consent. Where required, we enter into Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to formalise confidentiality obligations.

Case studies and testimonials published on our website are shared with client consent, with identifying details withheld where requested or where NDA restrictions apply.

6. Service Delivery

GRDJ Technology delivers services through a coordinated network of remote developers and specialists. While we take responsibility for the coordination, quality oversight, and delivery of all engagements, the individuals carrying out the work may include contractors and freelancers within our network. GRDJ TECHNOLOGY LTD remains the contracting party and single point of accountability for all services delivered.
